Shipment:

For most items , we can send out the goods within 2-7days , but some items are new arrivals, we need time to order from the factory. 

That is just assured that the goods we sell are orignal genuine products. so pls be patient for the products. 

Our servicer also will contact you to explain the delivery time.

Returns:

We would try our best to serve you, and we accept the reture for any reason within 2 weeks from the date of your receipt. So pls just make sure that the goods are in their original package and conditions. 

If the items are lost or damaged on the way to us, the buyer needs be responsible for the loss. 

The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. 

The buyer would be responsible for the shipping freight to return the goods.
